In-room collateral, 100 Century Avenue Menus, Mooncake Packaging, Wedding Collateral 

The Park Hyatt Shanghai interior is designed as a modern Chinese residence, so Bing Design chose book cloth for the collateral items, adding a softness and comfort in keeping with the idea of a home. 

100 Century Avenue Menus 

BD departed from the standard Park Hyatt F & B menu, instead drawing on the hotel’ s use of black & white destination photos throughout the property. Menus feature a black & white photo of the dish being prepared in the kitchen on one side, while the other features a color photograph of the dish. 

We catered to practicality, as well as beauty: to enable easy menu changes, we created a sleeve that allowed a French folded menu, printed on tracing paper, to be inserted. Menus are thread-bound, recalling traditional Chinese books. 

Mooncake packaging

Each year, BD creates an unconventional take on mooncake packaging for a very traditional festival. Whereas traditional packaging uses shades of red and gold and traditional images of the lady in the moon, BD created a pastel collection with contemporary patterns - so chic that it has been called the “LV of mooncake packaging”. Another design visually played on the Chinese saying, “seven stars, one moon,” using abstract brushstrokes inspired by artwork in the hotel, and a scattered placement like the scattering of stars around the moon. A third design featured boxes in the shape of a tower resembling the Park Hyatt’ s iconic Shanghai building. 

Wedding Collateral

All the artistry that goes into a beautiful wedding inspired our designs for the Park Hyatt’ s wedding collateral, which presents each service provider as an artist: the art of flowers, the art of photography, the art of cuisine, the art of the wedding dress. Each of these “arts” is presented in an album, the perfect medium to display an artist’ s work. It’ s all presented in a vintage suitcase, painted pink.

上海柏悦酒店内部装潢采用了中国现代私人住宅的设计理念，所以兵设计选用中式的装帧布作为印刷品的主要材料，为严谨、平面作品增添一份柔和感和居家感。

世纪100餐厅菜单

兵设计除了借鉴酒店陈列黑白照片的风格，在为世纪100餐厅设计时摒弃了标准的柏悦酒店餐饮菜单设计规格。翻开菜单，一面是菜品的黑白照片，翻页的同时彩色的菜品照片就会立刻呈现。
我们注重实用性，也不忘保持美观。我们特别将菜单设计成双层法式折页，并留出4个凹槽来嵌入印刷在硫酸纸上的菜单，以更方便地更换菜单。菜单更是用了中式串线装订。
月饼包装

每年兵设计都会为传统的中秋节设计一款别出心裁的月饼包装。传统月饼盒无非是用红色、金色以及嫦娥等形象，兵设计却为柏悦酒店打造了一款既雅致又具现代感的包装，并被誉为“月饼包装中的路易威登”。另一个设计沿用了传统的“七星伴月”形式，图案的设计从酒店内部陈列的抽象艺术品上获取灵感。最新的月饼包装，兵设计还大胆地将其设计为酒店所在的上海环球金融中心大楼形状。
婚宴服务菜单
婚礼本身就是一种美丽优雅的艺术。我们为柏悦设计的婚宴服务菜单，将每项服务都誉为艺术：花的艺术、摄影的艺术、食物的艺术以及婚纱的艺术。每一项“服务的艺术”都用一本精美的相册呈现，而所有的相册都被放置在一个粉色的复古手提箱内。
