For the first Park Hyatt resort property in China, Bing Design took its inspiration from the black & white destination photographs that are the brand standard. Instead of the photographs, the use of traditional ink-wash painting evoked a more relaxed feel, more appropriate to a resort. Ink-wash paintings also incorporated local culture and a sense of place, as the resort is located near a water village. 

For the Park Hyatt Ningbo menus, we created a “Chinese book”, using cut paper with ink brushed calligraphy pasted on the inside.

指示牌、视觉形象等平面设计
宁波柏悦酒店是品牌在中国的首家度假型酒店，酒店置身山峦之中，静谧雅致仿若一副中国山水画。因此兵设计运用黑白两色作为主色调设计了酒店的视觉形象。主要的指示牌设计也取自水墨画的特殊效果，完美地诠释了这份安逸的意境和坐落在江南水乡的度假型酒店的本质。
酒店餐厅的菜单看似一本中国古籍，翻开剪纸风格的封面，内页的设计也汲取了水墨书法艺术的精髓。
